Sharon has been employed by University of Nebraska Cooperative Extension in Burt County since 1987.
She is responsible for managing the county's 4-H enrollment along with the inventory of 4-H project manuals. She puts together the 4-H newsletter and sends out reminders and updates for all upcoming 4-H events. Sharon is also responsible for updating the county fairbook. When youth or adults inquire about 4-H, Sharon is the most knowledgable about the current county 4-H clubs, leaders and members.
Sharon also works closely with the educators and 4-H assistant submitting columns and news releases weekly to local newspapers.
